Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be bilingual.
Main responsibilities :
- Greet customers;
- Gather information to identify and define vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Advise and sell maintenance services and other work to customers while explaining billing.
Profile required :
- Two years' experience as a technical advisor in a car dealership;
- High level of customer service and satisfaction;
- Knowledge of the PBS system (an asset);
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times;
- Be dynamic and have excellent team spirit;
- Bilingual;
