Service Advisor
The largest Toyota dealership in the Greater Montreal area is currently looking for an experienced technical advisor, eager to provide our customers with a unique experience.
If you are motivated by challenges, are an excellent team player and believe that providing excellent service to all our customers is paramount, you are the ideal candidate. At Vimont Toyota Laval, our employees are as important to us as our customers.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be bilingual.
Main responsibilities :
- Greet customers;
- Gather information to identify and define vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Advise and sell maintenance services and other work to customers while explaining billing.
Profile required :
- Two years' experience as a technical advisor in a car dealership;
- High level of customer service and satisfaction;
- Knowledge of the PBS system (an asset);
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times;
- Be dynamic and have excellent team spirit;
- Bilingual;
