I have just completed the transaction for my Highlander Platinium 2021 and communication has bee excellent with my salesperson Mr Simon Dupuy. I was able to chat with him and the price I got was excellent. I also appreciated the information from the financial director, Mrs Chantal Lord, who advised my well on the services offered by Toyota. I did not feel any sales pressure, only the information necessary to make the decision adapted to my needs.
I would also like to thank Mr Benoit Marchand and his team at the service department for their professionalism and their listening skills.
